The Challenge
The facade was outdated with no distinct character. Paint was peeling, and lighting was almost nonexistent - reducing the home’s visual impact.
Our Approach
We created a modern elevation design using stone + wood, layered the lighting to highlight textures, and restructured the entrance with a strong visual axis.
Goals & Outcomes
Modernized the exterior, enhanced night-time curb appeal, applied weather-proof finishes, and gave the home a unique identity.
